This website is operated by Master-Craft Theatre School. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Master-Craft Theatre School. Master-Craft Theatre School offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on ‘Squarespace’ They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

COOKIES: We use cookies to track visitors and improve the user experience.

CLASSES: Class timetables and teachers will be subject to change from time to time without notice. A teacher may, at any time, ask the student to leave a class if they are jeopardising the safety or enjoyment of others or their educational experience. 

BEHAVIOUR: Bullying, harassment, abuse or other inappropriate behaviour by anyone participating in one of our course(s), at any time, is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate expulsion by Us from the course and we reserve the right to take such other legal action as may be appropriate.

PAYMENT:  The price for each class / student is set out on our website and the amount payable is due up front. Payment is via paypal, a secure payment processor. A valid email is required to make payment and process refunds (if applicable).

REFUNDS:  Will be dealt with on a case by case basis, please give as much notice as you can, we have limited spaces on our courses and our overheads relating to this will determine the level of refund (if any).

PROMOTION: We reserve the right to use any individual or group media (photographs or movie shots) of our students for press or promotional purposes. This includes social media platforms. If the student doesn’t wish to appear in such publicity, please indicate at the time of registration.  All intellectual property rights, design rights and image rights in these photographs or movie shots will belong to us unless otherwise agreed.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL:  We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Our obligations under these Terms that is caused by any event caused by you or outside our reasonable control.  We will use our reasonable endeavours to contact you in these circumstances.

LIMIT ON OUR LIABILITY:  Subject to OUR LIABILITY detailed below, if We fail to comply with this agreement We will be liable to you for the loss or damage you suffer as a result of our breach of these terms or our negligence, but We will only be liable up to a maximum of the amount you have paid for your course.

OUR LIABILITY:  We do not exclude or limit in any way Our liability for: death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or the negligence of Our employees, agents or subcontractors; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession); breach of the terms implied by sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

YOUR INFORMATION: We will use the personal information you provide to Us to provide the tuition; process your payments for such tuition and membership (when available); and inform you about similar products or services that We provide, but you may stop receiving these at any time by contacting Us.  We will not give your personal data to any third party.

OTHER TERMS: This contract is between you and Us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms; We may transfer Our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and We will always notify you if this happens; Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect;

If We fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if We do not enforce Our rights against you, or if We delay in doing so, that will not mean that We have waived Our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If We do waive a default by you, We will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that We will automatically waive any later default by you.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
